Franciscan Oaks Continuing Care Retirement Community Fees
Franciscan Oaks is a non-profit, continuing care retirement community. Franciscan Oaks is NOT assisted living upon entry and is NOT a real estate purchase. There is one time entrance fee payable by these options. There are two types of entrance fees; a Declining refund and a 90% refundable option.
Additionally, there is a Monthly Service fee that stays the same should you ever need assisted living or skilled nursing. Entrance Fees start at $101,236 and up and Monthly Fees start at $2,307 and up. All fees are based on apartment size and number of residents.
