Nursing Education

Saint Clare's is committed to assisting young people, who are pursuing a college degree in nursing, and established professionals seeking to enhance their skills through ongoing education. To that end, Saint Clare's Foundation supports the following nursing scholarships:

Johanson-Roberts Nursing Scholarship
Provides scholarship assistance to high school seniors, in the Saint Clare's service area, who are intend to pursue a degree in nursing at the college level.

Joan Simard Nursing Scholarship Fund
Provides continuing education assistance for Saint Clare's registered nurses, defraying some or all the cost of conference attendance and advanced degree preparation.

Dee Mecca Nursing Scholarship Fund
Provides scholarship assistance to a Montville Township High School senior pursuing a degree in nursing at the college level.

Bernice Meyer Scholarship
Provides financial support of continuing education for Saint Clare's certified nursing assistants in the Franciscan Oaks Health Center and Assisted Living Unit.
