Jeffrey Lamie

Joining Saint Clare’s Foundation in June 2011, Jeffrey Lamie brings over 15 years of fundraising leadership to Saint Clare’s Health System. As the Executive Director and Chief Development Officer of Saint Clare’s Foundation, Lamie leads efforts in raising funds that help Saint Clare’s to expand its programs, services and technology for patients in the community. His prior leadership experience includes having served as the Chief Development Officer for Health Sciences at Virginia Tech and Carilion Clinic, the Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving at the University of Louisville, School of Medicine Health Sciences Center, and as the Director of Development at the University of Virginia Health Foundation in support of the UVA Children’s Hospital. Lamie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Rutgers – The State University of New Jersey and completed a law degree at The Pennsylvania State University – The Dickinson School of Law.

Kimberly A. Armenti

Kimberly A. Armenti is an accomplished professional with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare philanthropy, specializing in campaigns, major and planned gifts, donor relations and stewardship, and Board and leadership volunteer development. Joining Saint Clare’s Foundation in 2004 as Foundation Director, Armenti manages fundraising strategic goals, builds and leads fundraising programs and campaigns, and oversees marketing and communications programs. Her prior leadership experience includes having served as Director of Development at the children’s non-profit, Kidspeace, and as the Income Development Director at the American Cancer Society’s Mercer County Unit. Armenti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Rider University and a Masters of Public Administration in Non-profit Management from Seton Hall University.

Carol Diveny

Carol Diveny has over two decades of fundraising experience, and has been a member of Saint Clare’s Foundation staff since 2001. In her role as Foundation & Corporate Relations Manager at Saint Clare’s Foundation, Diveny develops and manages relationships with local, regional and national foundations and corporations that result in grant funding opportunities in support of Saint Clare's facility, equipment and program needs. Diveny holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education from West Chester State University, and a Master's degree in Health Education from Montclair State University.

Mary Mulholland

For more than five decades, Mary Mulholland has been dedicated to supporting the Morris County recovery community, where she has led the charge to raise funds and lead programs in support of drug and alcohol abuse prevention and treatment. Her services to the community include founding The Dope Open, Inc., which raises funds for anti-drug abuse programs, as well as Hope House, a Catholic Charities multi-service agency in Dover. Mulholland has been a member of Saint Clare’s Foundation staff for over 30 years. In her role as Development Coordinator at Saint Clare’s, she assists in fundraising, special events, and community outreach projects. Mulholland holds an honorary doctorate from the College of Saint Elizabeth.

Irma Parra
Annual Giving and Donor Relations Coordinator

Irma Parra has been a member of Saint Clare’s Foundation staff since 2005. In her role as Annual Giving and Donor Relations Coordinator at Saint Clare’s Foundation, Parra coordinates philanthropic donations through the annual giving program, oversees database management, manages donor relationships, supports administrative business needs. Parra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Orient University (Cuba), an Associate's degree in Computer Applications from CNCI University (Mexico), an Associate's degree in Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and expects her Bachelor's degree in Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University in May 2013.

Monica Mollahan has been employed at Saint Clare’s Health System since 2009, and in 2011 joined the Saint Clare’s Foundation staff as Foundation Assistant, where she provides administrative support to all Foundation staff members. Monica has over 30 years of secretarial and administrative support experience.
