SOMETHING SOUTHERN GALA RAISES OVER
$475,000 FOR SAINT CLARE’S HEALTH SYSTEM
President & CEO Honored with 2005 Leadership Award
DENVILLE, N.J. — May 9, 2005 — Donors, corporate sponsors,
and friends of Saint Clare’s Health System and Saint Clare’s
Foundation celebrated Something Southern at the Foundation’s
annual gala on April 22, 2005 at the Pleasantdale Chateau in West
Orange, N.J. The evening’s events raised over $475,000 for
the many services and programs of Saint Clare’s. In addition
to raising funds, Saint Clare’s Foundation’s Board of
Trustees presented its 6th Annual Leadership Award to Gary J. Blan,
President and Chief Executive Officer of Saint Clare’s Health

Saint Clare’s Health System, which has served the healthcare
needs of northwestern New Jersey residents since 1895, is the region’s
premier provider of community-based healthcare and behavioral health
services. Saint Clare’s operates hospitals in Boonton Township,
Denville, Dover and Sussex Borough and other facilities located throughout
Morris and Sussex counties.
