Annual Saints-Classic Golf Outing for Saint Clare’s
Slated for August 27

DENVILLE, NJ — August 1, 2007 — The annual Saint Clare’s Saints-Classic Golf Outing, one of the region’s most eagerly awaited golf fundraisers, will take place on Monday, August 27, 2007 at the exclusive Montclair Golf Club in West Orange, N.J. – one of the oldest and most prestigious golf clubs in America. For the 23rd consecutive year, the event will be sponsored by JPMorgan Chase. Joseph F. Dempsey, president of New Jersey Middle Market Banking for Chase, serves as the event’s Corporate Chairman. All proceeds benefit Saint Clare’s Health System.

This year’s Saints will offer participants two special features: Playing With the Stars: New York Giants’ football legend Bart Oates and New York Yankee star Rick Cerone will be joining a number of other sports celebrity guests for the tournament. The celebrities will be added as “playing partners” to the foursomes of the Tournament and Double Eagle sponsorship levels.

Each golfer attending the event will also receive a $75 Callaway Gift Card to purchase a wide array of great golf merchandise online. Depending on a participant’s sponsorship level, additional Callaway Gift Cards may be added, bringing the total purchasing power to $375 per golfer. As an added attraction, a Callaway Golf “Demo Day” exhibit tent will be set up during registration so that guests may view merchandise first hand.

This year’s Saints-Classic will also feature the Third Annual Saint Clare’s Corporate Challenge, a tournament within a tournament open to teams that register at the Eagle, Double Eagle or Tournament sponsorship levels. Winning teams earn special trophies and the honor of having their organization’s name inscribed on the Saint Clare’s “Cup.”

“Over the past 30 years, Saint Clare’s golf events have raised more than $2 million for our healthcare system,” said Joseph Vitale, chief executive officer of Saint Clare’s Foundation. “The funds raised at this year’s event will benefit the many programs, services and facilities of Saint Clare’s Health System.
