What Our Residents Say
"I have lived at Franciscan Oaks for seven years and have never regretted my decision to come here. These seven years have been very happy ones. Franciscan Oaks has given me the opportunity to make many new friends; to become active in Resident Affairs; to participate in so many new activities and to broaden my world. They take very good care of us here at the oaks both physically and emotionally. All the many responsibilities we had when we lived in our own homes are taken care of for us. Above all we feel and are safe and secure. We have the most wonderful Chef. Joe Pane is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of New York. We have a great variety of delicious meals every day. I enjoy the many activities available to us. We have Concerts - piano, violin, guitar, etc.; Dance groups and vocalists who entertain us with everything from Opera to Jazz. We even have the New Jersey Youth Symphony here annually. Then there are the lectures about so many interesting, timely and cultural subjects. There are movies, card games, Mahjong and all sorts of other games for those who enjoy them. I cannot say enough about the staff here at Franciscan Oaks, They are an outstanding group, respectful, caring, capable and thoughtful. We could not be as happy and content as we are without them.
We have it all at the Oaks. How lucky are we to be here!

"You made our move from Madison as easy as any such move can be. Maria and I moved her sister from Staten Island to the Oaks 7 years ago. We were interested in locating her near our Madison home. So we visited many times before selecting the Oaks for her and that pretty much sealed the selection for ourselves. We joined the Priority Club and were included in your meetings and seminars. So we had time to experience it all. We made the move in our early 80's and should have done it sooner!"

"On first visiting the Oaks,I found many different aspects which were very impressive, from the very convenient location so close to the center of town and shopping, the excellent design of the building and wings, the variety of contract entrance plans from which to choose, the closeness of the medical care facilities and doctors if needed, etc... However, the underlying atmosphere of sincere interest and concern for the welfare of the residents as exhibited by the staff was the paramount factor binding together all the other positive impressions."

"Just two years ago I moved to the Oaks,
And met many, many very nice folks.
Breakfast, lunch & dinner - delicious food,
Something to suit everyone's mood.
Daily activities such as concerts, movies, fitness and more,
And daily transportation to churches, doctors and stores.
When I go to sleep at night I now dream of heaven,
Because Security is on duty twenty-four seven.
If I peaked your interest and you want to know more,
you are always welcome at our front door."
